How do I build a website in my browser with the ParsonsHosting website builder?

The ParsonsHosting website builder is a no-code AI website builder that runs in your browser. You order a builder plan, sign in, open the builder from your hosting account, pick a professional template, add your words and photos, and publish. You can have a live site in under an hour. You do not install WordPress and you do not write code. If you want a site you will keep growing, WordPress is the long-term door.

What is the ParsonsHosting website builder?

The website builder is a browser editor for small business sites: no-code tools, professional templates, contact forms, an AI content generator, and support.

Two plans are on the store:

  • Website builder Basic, $28 per month (/store/ai-website-builder/website-builder-basic). You build and edit the site yourself.
  • Website builder Managed, $50 per month (/store/managed-websites/managed-website). You still get the builder. A launch week is included to get the site live. After that, 3 updates a month are included, requested by support ticket at /submitticket.php; extra updates are $25 each.

Hosting is part of the plan. Invoices and support stay in your ParsonsHosting account.

What you need before you start

Have these facts before you open the builder: business name, one sentence for what you do and for whom, the city you serve, a phone and email you will answer, three to six services, one real proof item, and a logo or a photo of the work. Do not invent reviews.

A .com is $18. A .net is $24. OX App Suite email starts at $2.49 per user per month and is optional on day one.

How to order and open the builder

  1. Go to https://parsonshosting.com/login and create an account or sign in.
  2. Open /store/ai-website-builder.
  3. Choose the $28 builder plan if you will edit everything yourself. Choose the $50 managed plan if you want a launch week and changes handled by support ticket.
  4. Complete checkout. Add a domain if you do not already have one.
  5. From the client area, open the hosting service and then cPanel (see the existing article "Access cPanel - ParsonsHosting" if you need the click path).
  6. In cPanel, click the Website Builder button. The builder opens in your browser, and you edit the site there.

If the builder icon is not obvious after checkout, open a support ticket at /submitticket.php and include the domain or the service name on the invoice. Do not start a second order.

How to build the first page

Work in this order. Jumping to colors first is how sites stall.

1. Pick a template

Choose a template that already has the sections you need: a headline, an about block, a services list, proof, and a contact form. A busy multi-page theme is slower to finish than a clean one-page layout. On the Managed plan, the launch week covers this step with you.

2. Draft the words

Use the AI content generator if you want a first draft. Give it the real business name, the real town, and the real services. Then rewrite. Delete adjectives you would not say out loud. Put the phone number and email in the header or footer so they appear on every view.

If you skip the generator, write headline, about, services, proof, then the form and map.

3. Add the sections that make the site usable

A site that only looks finished still fails if people cannot reach you. Add a contact form that sends to an inbox you check, plus phone, email, social links you actually post to, and a map if people search you by town. On the $50 managed plan we set those blocks up during launch week. Send the real details. Do not leave placeholder testimonials.

4. Check the form

Submit the form yourself from a phone. Confirm the message arrives. If it does not, stop and open a support ticket at /submitticket.php before you advertise the URL. A pretty page with a dead form is not a website that works.

5. Publish

Publish from the builder when the headline, contact details, and form are real. You can keep editing after the site is live. Do not wait for a perfect photo gallery.

What the Managed plan changes

On the $28 builder plan, you are the editor. Log in, change a section, publish.

On the $50 managed plan, you can still use the builder, and you can also hand changes to support. Open one support ticket at /submitticket.php that includes:

  • The website or domain
  • The exact words to add or replace
  • The page or section the change belongs on
  • Any photo attachments you want used

Three updates a month are included, and extra updates are $25 each. Updates go out the same day if received by 3:00 PM Pacific, otherwise the next business day. Batch related edits into one ticket when you can.

After the site is live

Open the site on a phone and a laptop. Fix anything that hides the phone number. Add OX App Suite later if you want mail on your domain ($2.49 per user per month). Put the URL on invoices and your email signature.

If you outgrow a builder (store, large blog, custom theme), order WordPress from /store/wp-hosting and install with WP Toolkit. That is a new plan, not a switch inside the builder.

Common sticking points

If you cannot find the builder after you pay, sign in at https://parsonshosting.com/login, open the hosting service, then cPanel. If it is still missing, open a support ticket at /submitticket.php with the invoice number. If you do not have copy, use AI setup, then edit. If you want a CMS you can grow, that is WordPress.

Where to order

Order the website builder at /store/ai-website-builder/website-builder-basic or the managed plan at /store/managed-websites/managed-website. Sign in at https://parsonshosting.com/login. For help opening the builder or publishing the first page, open a support ticket at /submitticket.php.
