How does ParsonsHosting AI setup draft my first website?

AI setup on ParsonsHosting is a short questionnaire plus a first draft. You answer a few questions about the business. The website builder's AI content generator drafts layout and copy. You edit the draft, then publish. It is not a separate product and it does not have a special name on the invoice. It is included with the $28 website builder plan and the $50 managed plan. On the managed plan you can also request updates by support ticket at /submitticket.php.

What AI setup is, and what it is not

It is a first draft. The generator needs the business name, the place you serve, what you sell, and how people should contact you. It then fills headings and body text so you are not staring at empty sections.

It is not a finished brand, a guarantee of search ranking, or a replacement for WordPress. It will not invent a license you do not hold. It will not know your real prices unless you type them. It will sometimes write claims that sound like every other contractor on the internet. Your job is to cut those.

If you already know you want WordPress (a store, a large blog, Elementor, WooCommerce, or a theme you already own), skip the builder draft. Order WordPress hosting and install WordPress with WP Toolkit. WordPress is the long-term door. You can still write the site yourself, or paste outlines you drafted elsewhere.

What you answer before the draft runs

Write the answers in a plain list. Short, factual lines work better than a paragraph of marketing.

  1. Business name. The legal or public name, not a slogan.
  2. One-line offer. "Mobile bike repair in Bend and Sisters" is enough.
  3. Who it is for. Homeowners, other businesses, visitors, members.
  4. Town or service area. Name the real cities. Do not write "the region" if you only drive 30 miles.
  5. Three to six services. Each service in a few words.
  6. Proof you can stand behind. Years open, a license type, a short customer quote you were given permission to use.
  7. Contact. Phone, email, and whether you have a street address for the map.
  8. Tone. Direct and local. Ask for simple language if a style choice appears.

Do not ask it to copy a competitor or invent reviews.

How to run AI setup in the website builder

  1. Sign in at https://parsonshosting.com/login, or create an account.
  2. Order the website builder. Pick the $28 plan (/store/ai-website-builder/website-builder-basic) if you will edit every section. Pick the $50 managed plan (/store/managed-websites/managed-website) if you want a launch week and changes handled by support ticket.
  3. In the Client Area, open the service you subscribe to, open cPanel, then click the Website Builder button. If you cannot see the builder, open a support ticket at /submitticket.php with the service name on the invoice.
  4. Start a new site from a professional template.
  5. Open the AI content generator. Paste the answers from the list above. Keep them specific.
  6. Generate the draft. Wait until the sections fill. Do not publish yet.
  7. Walk the page from top to bottom with this checklist.

How to edit the draft so it is safe to publish

Read the page out loud. If you would not say the sentence to a customer at the counter, change it.

Fix the facts first

  • Replace any city the generator guessed.
  • Replace any service you do not actually sell.
  • Put the real phone and email in the header, footer, and contact block.
  • Delete hours or "24/7" if you do not offer that.
  • Remove stock testimonials. Add one real quote or leave the section out until you have one.

Then fix the voice. Cut stacked adjectives. Name the work: "We replace well pumps in Deschutes County," not "We deliver complete water solutions." Add one paragraph only you could write.

Then fix the layout

  • Confirm the contact form is on the page and pointed at an inbox you check.
  • Add a map if people look you up by town.
  • Add social links only for profiles you post to.
  • On the Managed plan, send the real details for each section during launch week rather than leaving placeholders.

Submit the form from your phone before you share the URL. If the message does not arrive, open a support ticket at /submitticket.php and do not run ads to the page yet.

How long this takes

Most of the clock is you. Write the answer list, generate, then spend 20 to 40 minutes correcting facts and the about section. That is how a builder site can go live in under an hour. On the $50 managed plan, you can send the cleaned-up copy in a support ticket at /submitticket.php. Updates go out the same day if received by 3:00 PM Pacific, otherwise the next business day, with 3 updates a month included. Include the domain and the section names.

What to do if the draft is wrong

Generate again only after you change the inputs. A second run with the same vague answers will look like the first.

If the structure is the problem (wrong sections, no form, no map), switch templates or, on the Managed plan, email support and we will adjust it.

If the whole idea of a builder now feels small, stop. You may want WordPress. That is a different order: /store/wp-hosting, then WP Toolkit in cPanel. AI setup will not convert a builder draft into a WordPress theme for you.

AI setup versus writing it yourself

Use the generator when you have facts and no first draft. Skip it when you already have homepage copy; paste that into the builder. Never publish the raw output. Search engines and AI assistants will quote whatever you leave on the page.

Order the website builder at /store/ai-website-builder/website-builder-basic ($28/mo) or /store/managed-websites/managed-website ($50/mo, managed). Sign in at https://parsonshosting.com/login. Questions about a draft that will not publish, or about moving to WordPress later, go in a support ticket at /submitticket.php.
